In Goosewing Studios, Richmond jeweller, Carol Watson designs jewellery using recycled beads and sterling silver as well as undertaking repairs and commissions, including inheritance pieces.
Self-taught, Carol moved from Bristol in 2013 having sold her semi-precious stone jewellery in galleries across the south/southwest from Newlyn to Brighton, Lyme Regis to Bath, starting out in Bristol’s prestigious harbourside Ginger Gallery.
Why “Goosewing”? Goosewinging is the term for sailing downwind and she first goosewinged while learning to sail outside the same Ginger Gallery that first accepted her work. She is planning to return to sailing next year.
